MISSION STATEMENT:

24/7 Embroidery is in the business to provide our customers with a high quality product in a timely manner and at affordable costs. We will serve our customers in a courteous and professional fashion and strive to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. 

24/7 Embroidery was founded in 1989 by Theresa Masini. 24/7 Embroidery is a woman owned full-service Embroidery & Screen Printing Company based in Crystal Lake, IL. 24/7 Embroidery is now over 25 years old and growing each year. Theresa added George Scott her fiancée to the company and his skills of customer service & sales knowledge have made their client list grow very quickly. We embroider and silkscreen many brands and styles of clothing such as hats, golf shirts, jackets, t-shirts, hoodies and many more items.  We are a full service Embroiderer and Silk Screen Printing Shop. We can embroider or silk screen pretty much any personal or corporate apparel you have.

Monday-Friday - 10 am to 5:30pm
Saturday - 10 am to 2 pm
Sunday - Closed

PRIVACY & SHIPPING POLICY:

We are committed to maintaining your privacy in all regards. The information we keep as both customers to our business and visitors to our site is as follows: 

Customers may expect that any and/or all information pertaining to their order, including but not limited to: name, phone number, address, order details such as t-shirts ordered, quantity ordered, etc., artwork and any communication between 24/7 Embroidery Inc. and the customer (such as e-mails, faxes, etc.) to be kept in our records. This is for reference when placing orders in the future. We do not, unless requested, keep financial information for any of our customers. This information is used to collect any amount due on any order when authorized and then is destroyed. If amounts due are not received on agreed terms, we release enough financial information to allow proper and efficient use of collections in the form of collection agencies.

Any information kept on either customers and/or visitors is not sold, rented or otherwise released to any third party except where required by United States law. 

Terms of Service

We stand behind the quality of our work, however if you are not satisfied with our product, we will replace at no charge or refund your money if notified within 30 days of receipt of goods. We will require all goods to be returned to our business before replacing or refunding. For more information, or to make a claim, please Contact Us with your Name, Business Name, Billing & Shipping address and order number. 

Shipping cost will be charged to the customer at the carrier's direct rate for shipping plus a small handling fee per package.
